How to place an order?

To place an order, select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You will have the option to create an account or log in to an existing account. A confirmation notice and receipt will be sent to your email once you complete the payment. 

How can I edit my order details?

Once the order is paid, you can’t change your order details. Please email to [email protected] or DM us on Instagram (@tinytrinketmy) immediately, we will try our best to make it work.  

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellation is allowed after an order has been processed.

How long does it take to process my order?

Tiny Trinket process your order and ship out within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated: personalised or backorder item). Your order will be shipped out from Monday to Friday.

  • Personalised item – Personalised items are made to order and required 5-10 business days for production before shipping.
  • Backorder item – Backorder item is pre-order of sold out items. It usually takes 5-10 business days to process.

If you place an order with a personalised or backorder item in it, you order will be shipped together with the personalised or backorder item.

Where can I get the invoice for my order?

An invoice will be sent to your email once your order is confirmed. We will not include a printed invoice in the parcel.


How much is shipping fees and how long does shipping take?

All shipping fees will be calculated automatically when you check out. Below are the rates for your reference.

The delivery time frame is just an estimation and may take longer, especially during the holiday season or in the outskirt area.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  Please check your junk email folder if you did not receive an email from us. You can also log into your account to view your order progress.

Where does Tiny Trinket ship from?

We ship from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What happens if my parcel failed to be delivered?

As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to Tiny Trinket due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve the parcel from delivery centres. Shipping fees will be incurred for all re-sent parcels.

Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes? (for international orders)

You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person receiving the parcel. Tiny Trinket has no control over these charges and is unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.

Pricing & Payment

What currency will my order be processed in?

All Tiny Trinket orders will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The currency converter is a convenient tool for your reference only.

What payment methods do you accept?

Tiny Trinket currently supports the following payment methods:

Return, Exchange & Refund

What is Tiny Trinket’s return, exchange and refund policy?

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.  Dissatisfaction such as quality issue, sizes, and colours are not eligible for return. Returns, exchanges and store credit are not allowed for change of mind.   

However, we accept return under reasonable circumstances, such as wrong items delivered or damage during shipment.  

What should I do if I receive a defect/wrong item?

Please accept our sincere apologies. Email us at [email protected] or DM us on Instagram (@tinytrinketmy) within 3 days of receiving your order. Send us your order number and photo evidence and we will walk you through the process for returning the item. 

How to return the defect/wrong item?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once it has been approved, we will walk you through the process for returning the item. You are required to ship back the item to our dedicated address within 7 working days using a trackable shipping service. Products must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.

Will my shipping fee be refunded when I return my items?

Yes, shipping fees will be borne by us if you receive a defect/wrong item.

When will I receive my exchange/refund?

Once your order arrives back at Tiny Trinket, you will be notified and we will process your exchange/refund as soon as possible.

Packaging & Gifting

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Each jewellery collection has different packaging. Please refer to the product description on the product page. However, we reserve the right to change the packaging if the current packaging has sold out.

Do you provide gift card printing services?

We do not offer gift card printing services at the moment.

Can I buy an extra gift box?

Extra gift box can be purchase here

I’m sending it as a gift, can I request to exclude invoice in the parcel?

Your invoice will not be included in the parcel. It will be emailed to you when you complete your order. 

Product Care

How to take care of my jewellery?

To ensure your jewellery shine and last long, extra care is required when wearing, storing and cleaning.

  • Remove your jewellery before showering or swimming. Frequent exposure to chemicals can eventually cause the shine layer to wear off and may permanently discolour your jewellery.
  • Avoid contact with perfume, cream, hairspray, cosmetics and other chemical products.
  • Always keep your jewellery in an air-tight bag or box individually.
  • Polish your jewellery once in a while to remove dirt and oils and restore the shine.

Can I wear my jewellery in the shower?

Remove your jewellery before showering or swimming. Frequent exposure to chemicals can eventually cause the shine layer to wear off and may permanently discolour your jewellery.

Can I wear my jewellery when swimming?

Take off your jewellery before go for a swim in the swimming pool or ocean. The harsh chlorine chemicals in swimming pool and salt water in the ocean will cause damage and permanently discolour your jewellery.

How to clean and store my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery with a soft cloth to remove the dirt and oil from skin after each wear. Always keep your jewellery in an air-tight bag or box individually to prevent oxidation and scratches.
