How to place an order?

To get started with your order, simply choose the item(s) you love and add them to your shopping cart. Once you’ve found everything you want, just follow the easy instructions on the checkout page to finalise your order. After you’ve completed the payment, we’ll send you the confirmation email and receipt to your billing email. Happy shopping!

Can I change my order information?

We kindly ask you to review your order details and ensure that all the information is accurate. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once the payment has been processed. Therefore, it’s important to double-check everything before proceeding to payment. This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for you. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team or email us at, and they will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

We’d like to inform you that once an order has been processed, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review your order details and ensure that everything is correct before proceeding with the payment.

How long does it take to process my order?

We typically process and ship out your order within 1-2 business days. Our shipping days run from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Malaysia public holidays.

We want to provide a heads up that orders containing personalised or backorder items may require additional processing time:

  • Personalised items are specially made to order and may take up to 5 business days to process before they’re ready for shipping.
  • Backorder items are pre-orders for sold-out items, and the processing time is usually around 5-10 business days.

If your order includes either personalised or backorder items, we’ll ship them together with the rest of your order. We’ll make sure everything arrives at your doorstep as a complete package.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipment notification email containing tracking details. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please take a peek inside your junk email folder, as sometimes it may end up there. Alternatively, you can log into your account to check the progress of your order. 

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

Once your payment is successfully made, we’ll promptly send a confirmation email and invoice to your billing email address. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please take a peek inside your junk email folder, as sometimes it may end up there.

In our efforts to reduce paper waste, we have adopted an eco-friendly approach. Therefore, we will not include a printed invoice in your parcel. The confirmation email and invoice sent to your billing email will serve as your official record of purchase.


How much is shipping fees and how long does delivery take?

Where does Tiny Trinket ship from?

Your orders will be dispatched from our office located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

What happens if my parcel failed to be delivered?

We kindly ask you to take responsibility for any additional costs that may arise in the event of parcels being returned to Tiny Trinket. These costs can occur due to various reasons, such as attempted deliveries, insufficient or incorrect delivery information provided, or failure to retrieve the parcel from delivery centers.

Please be aware that for any re-sent parcels, shipping fees will be incurred. It is important to ensure that accurate and complete delivery information is provided during the ordering process to avoid any potential issues or additional expenses.

Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes? (for international orders)

We want to provide important information regarding potential charges that may be incurred when your order passes through customs. These charges can include duties, taxes, surcharges, as well as handling and storage fees imposed by the courier, if applicable.

Please note that any such charges will be the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. Tiny Trinket does not have control over these charges, and we are unable to provide an estimation of the exact cost. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, making it challenging to predict the specific charges that may apply.

To ensure transparency and avoid any surprises, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office to inquire about the current charges before placing your order. This way, you can confirm the local tax and duty fees specific to your location.


What currency will my order be processed in?

All orders placed with Tiny Trinket will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Therefore, the amount charged to your account will be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

To determine the exact amount in your local currency, we recommend checking with your local bank for the current currency exchange rates. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the conversion from MYR to your local currency.

What is Tiny Trinket’s return, exchange and refund policy?

We offer return, exchange, and refund policy for the following conditions:

  • Change of mind: If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees. We will charge a processing fee of RM10 to cover the shipping fees incurred for the initial delivery to you and the materials used for the delivery.
  • Incorrect item or damaged delivery: In the event of an incorrect item being delivered or if the item is damaged during delivery, we require photo evidence of the issue. We kindly ask customers to contact us immediately to report the problem. In this case, we will bear the cost of the return shipping fees.
  • To be eligible for return, exchange, and refund, you must contact us (email us at or DM us on Instagram @tinytrinketmy) and return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this timeframe may not be accepted. The items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging. We kindly request that you provide tracking information as proof of the return.

We would like to inform you of certain circumstances in which returns or exchanges are not allowed:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Sets: Gift sets are not eligible for return or exchange as they are typically sold as a complete package.
  • Personalised items: Items that have been personalised and making it specifically tailored to your preferences cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items: Sale items are considered as final sale and not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Product damage due to own use: If a product has been damaged due to your own use or mishandling, it may not be eligible for return or exchange. We advise following the recommended care instructions provided with the product to ensure its longevity and condition.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologise if you have received a defective or incorrect item. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please email us at or DM us on Instagram (@tinytrinketmy) within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and attach photo evidence of the defect or incorrect item. 
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the process for returning the item.
  3. Ship the item back to our dedicated address within 7 days using a trackable shipping service. Ensure the product is unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you and proceed with shipping the new product to you.
When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned item, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and verified. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.


How will my jewellery be packaged?

Each jewellery collection we offer has its unique packaging, which you can find described on the respective product page. However, please note that in certain cases, if the current packaging has sold out, we reserve the right to make changes to the packaging. Rest assured, any changes made will still ensure the protection and presentation of your jewellery.

Do you provide message gift card?

Gift card can be purchase separately, click here. If you would like to include a personalised message on the gift card, please provide it in the designated field. Alternatively, you can leave the message field empty if you prefer to write it yourself at a later time.

I’m sending it as a gift, can you hide my details and invoice?

West Malaysia Orders
Please note that a printed invoice will not be included in the parcel. Instead, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent to your billing email address once you have completed the payment. 

East Malaysia & International Orders
An invoice will be attached to the air waybill for customs clearance purposes when shipping internationally. The invoice serves as an essential document for customs officials to assess the value of the shipment and apply any applicable duties or taxes. This is a mandatory requirement to comply with customs regulations and facilitate the customs declaration process.


How to take care of my jewellery?

To ensure your jewellery shine and last long, extra care is required when wearing, storing and cleaning.

  • Remove your jewellery before showering or swimming. Frequent exposure to chemicals can eventually cause the shine layer to wear off and may permanently discolour your jewellery.
  • Avoid contact with perfume, cream, hairspray, cosmetics and other chemical products.
  • Always keep your jewellery in an air-tight bag or box individually.
  • Polish your jewellery once in a while to remove dirt and oils and restore the shine.

Can I wear my jewellery in the shower?

We recommend to remove your jewellery before showering. Frequent exposure to chemicals can eventually cause the shine layer to wear off and may permanently discolour your jewellery.

Can I wear my jewellery when swimming?

Remove your jewellery before go for a swim in the swimming pool or ocean. The harsh chlorine chemicals in swimming pool and salt water in the ocean will cause damage and permanently discolour your jewellery.

How to clean and store my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery with a soft cloth to remove the dirt and oil from skin after each wear. Always keep your jewellery in an air-tight bag or box individually to prevent oxidation and scratches.


What is Tiny Trinket’s jewellery made of?

We provide detailed information about the materials used in our products on the respective product pages. To find out the specific material of a product, please refer to the product description section on the product page. 

What is the measurement of your product?

The measurements of our products are provided in the product description section on the respective product pages. We strive to provide accurate measurements for each item to help you make an informed decision. Please note that there may be a slight difference of approximately 5-10mm in the measurements due to variations in the manufacturing process or manual measurements. 


How to use a coupon code?

In shopping cart page, look for the section where you can enter a coupon code. Enter the coupon code in the provided field and click “apply coupon”. 

What are the terms and conditions of the coupon code?

Every promotional code is bound by its own set of terms and conditions. The coupon code holds validity for a restricted duration and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
