Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Check your junk/spam mail folder if you did not receive an email from us! You can also log into your account to view your order progress.
Personalised / backorder items will require a longer time to process:
Personalised items are made to order and required 5-10 business days for production before shipping.
Backorder items are pre-order of sold out items, it usually takes 5-10 business days to process.
If you place an order with a personalised / backorder item in it, you order will be shipped together with the personalised / backorder item.

Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery time frame is just an estimation and may take longer, especially during the holiday season or in the outskirt area.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process or other unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to receive the parcel within the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Handling fees, duties and taxes for international orders
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person receiving the parcel. Tiny Trinket has no control over these charges and is unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.
